Lunaroom Film – Terms & Conditions:

By ordering our service you agree to our terms and conditions.

Please read carefully:

– Deposit payments are 30% of the agreed total budget for video/photography projects and 50% for the animation projects.

– We expect the deposit payments within 24 hours after booking our service. This deposit is non-refundable.

– When we sign off the video, photography or animation project, we expect the payment within 21 days. 

Please process this invoice within these times. There will be an 8% interest charge per month on late invoices.

– We don’t provide the RAW video or photo files unless we agreed on pre-production.

– If you require ONLY the RAW footages or photo files (No Editing), the deposit payment would be 50% of the agreed quote and the rest of the payment needs to be made within 3 days after the delivery of the footages.

– Lunaroom Film is not obliged to share the RAW files on location. We can upload them on Dropbox and then share the folder with you later.

– For video editing, Three rounds of amends are included in our quote. We expect to receive your feedback within 72 hours.

– We agree to finalise the project within 30 calendar days after the first day of work for the video, photography and animation production. 

– In the event of an incompletion of a project within a 30 calendar days period, the balance needs to be cleared. The total payment will be invoiced and sent to you on the 30th calendar day.

– Edited/Retouched Photographs: we provide 20 edited photos from one full day of photo shooting. 10 edited photos for a half-day of photo shooting.

– When we finalise the project, make sure you download and save the material from the shared Dropbox link. It will not be stored for longer than 15 calendar days. 

– Please note that we keep the RAW files for two months. Then we delete them from our archives.

Please note that we keep the right to change our terms anytime after the completion of each project.
